FixiPixi is a digital photo retouching company, we always try 100% customer satisfaction as per your client requirements. Unfortunately, if the client does not like our work and wants to refund then we have some policy
– You must prove a valid refund reason.
– You must be submitted a refund request within 3 days after receiving the final image.
– If we provide the editable original file like ( PSD, TIFF ) then the refund does not acceptable.
– If your all reason is to match our criteria then send your Paypal details. We will refund 50-70% of your payment.
